REGISTRATION

Registration Information

Registration is open for Grade 7 & Grade 10 Students

Registration is open until full capacity.

Maximum number of students in class

Maximum number of students in class 20.

Academic & Administrative Requirements

Students are accepted upon completion of all academic and administrative requirements.

Grade Placement

Grade 7 & Grade 10 placement is based on the results of interview with both parents and student. Try-out classes are conducted prior to school commencement.

REQUIREMENTS

Required Documents for Indonesian Students

Purchase and complete registration form (Rp250,000)

Signed Agreement Letter provided by Khadija School to be signed by parents or guardian

1 copy of report from previous school legalized by school principal/headmaster

2 color photographs (3×4 cm) taken less than 6 months prior to registration

1 copy of birth certificate

1 copy of parents' or guardian's Identity Card (KTP)

1 copy of Family Card

1 copy of parents (father & mother/guardian) and candidate's KITAS.
Recommendation Letter for studying in Indonesia from National Education Department (Kemdikbud), Government of Indonesia.
Notification Letter of Equivalence from National Education Department (Kemdikbud), Government of Indonesia.
Transfer Letter from previous school legalized by National Education Department.
Report Book from previous school.
